C.      WHAT ABOUT SPIRITUAL PREPARATION?( Matt. 10:28 ).

D.      TREASURES ON EARTH OR IN HEAVEN( Matt. 6:19-21 ).  PRIORITIES!!

SIGN #3SEEKS THE FAVOR OF MEN RATHER THAN GOD’S.

B.      THE PEOPLE HAD AN ABNORMAL CONCERN FOR THEIR IMAGE.

          1.       True, what others think is important( Matt. 5:13-16;  1 Pet. 2:11-12 ).

          2.       The object of our efforts is to glorify God( 1 Pet. 2:9 ).

          3.       But who are we really serving, trying to please?( Eph. 6:5-7 ).
